We want you to help send some love

During this season, so many people could use an encouraging word or a reminder that they are significant to someone else. We regularly hear the word “lonely” being used by people - even in our church. We want to do something practical about that. Here are two opportunities for you to pick up a pen and go “old-school” by writing a note for someone.

November 8 & 15 - We want to help you send notes and cards to people you haven’t seen for a long while or just want to encourage. If you are like us, you may know a person’s name but need some help with their address. We have two solutions.

One: We will have a card box in the lobby on both Sundays (8 & 15) in which you may place your card with only the persons name attached. You write it, we’ll mail it for you!

Two: Our office staff works hard to maintain a church database that you can access for yourself and get addresses of others. If you don’t know how, call us 856.696.3444 and we’ll set up a time to help you do just that! We’ll help you get what you need to mail your card yourself!

December 5 - We are inviting you to help us as a church to write 125 encouraging cards to place in the meals we give away in Millville on December 6. We’ll update this page with the details once we design an easy-to-use card and can offer some simple directions on how to write encouragement to people you don’t even know.
